Carson "Preacher" Mitchell Gregory passed away November 8, 2025 at his home in Memphis, TN.  He is survived by his daughter Lura Gregory Stroud, son Cole (Ashley) Gregory, grandchildren, Azura, Armani, Zarie, Cole, two brothers, Clark Gregory, Carlton (Jennifer) Gregory; sister, Gail (Edward) Mardis, and several nephews and nieces.

Carson was born in Oxford, MS to the late Carl and Juanice Gregory.

Growing up he loved spending time with his late grandparents Dulcie and Jesse Mitchell.  As an adult he made Memphis his home where he drove a horse and carriage downtown for many. years.

He was an ordained minister who married countless couples throughout the years.  He was an eccentric man who loved motorcycles, horses, and collecting unusual items.  He loved his family and was always waiting eagerly to tell them one of his many stories about "the good ole days".

He will be truly missed by many.
