Lillie Edna "L.E." Williams Harmon was born July 17, 1941 in Nesbit, MS to the late Dewitt K. Williams & Mollie L. Crawford Williams.

She attended Booker T. Washington High School in Memphis, TN.  She became a member of Temple of Deliverance Church of God in Christ, under the leadership of Bishop G.E. Patterson on April 3, 1983. She remained a faithful member under the leadership of Bishop Milton R. Hawkins, where she served for several years as part of the TOD Security team, until her health declined.

Surrounded by family, she transitioned peacefully at her residence on Sunday afternoon, November 9, 2025.

She was also preceded in death by her parents Dewitt K. Williams, Mollie L. Crawford Williams and son, Danny T. Williams.

Carrying on her memory and legacy are her children, Denise Scott, Reginald Williams (Dylka), Keith Williams (Tammie), Cherrita Williams, Stacy Williams, Kacy Williams, daughter-love, Malika Williams, life long friend Casey Woods, Jr., 25 Grandchildren, 17 Great- Grandchildren and a host of cousins and friends
